With the official start to the Autumn season just two weeks away, many West Texans are looking forward to indulging in their favorite fall drink. However, Chick-fil-A is debuting a brand new beverage option that may just put the pumpkin spice latte to shame.

Chick-fil-A’s Autumn Spice Milkshake is a delectable holiday-themed treat that melds together their sweet vanilla flavored IceDream dessert with the signature spice of fall: cinnamon. It's adorned with a swirl of whipped cream and topped with crunchy bits of heavenly brown sugar spice cookies, and, of course, their trademark maraschino cherry.

Last year, Salt Lake City had the privilege of taste testing this fa-boo-lous beverage. Needless to say, it was well received. This success led to the drink's nationwide release this year. The company notes that the frozen dessert will be making its grand entrance into participating stores as early as September 12th.

The West End Center's franchise location in Lubbock confirmed they're anxiously awaiting their chance to start serving up this seasonal menu item on Monday. However, the timing of this new drink's roll out may differ at other locations in town.

Chick-fil-A will also be bringing back their Grilled Spicy Deluxe Sandwich for a limited time only. This came to Lubbock for the first time last year and is back by popular demand.
