20 Years Ago Midland K-mart Closed For Good! Who Misses K-Mart?

Back in 2002, it was announced that the K-Mart in Midland, Texas would be closing for good. It's been about 20 years! I can remember hitting up the K-mart on Midland Dr. in Midland so many times. Why do NACHOS jump in my mind? LOL

Yes, I was a K-Mart Kid! I was Team K-mart back in the day. My mom's #1 go-to was K-Mart. Enough said. The list of things that I owned because of K-Mart when I was a kid was long.

My clothes!
My shoes!
My Fruit of the Loom Underwear!
My toys!
My School Supplies!
And so much more...

K-MART SNACKS RULED!

As a kid, I have fond memories of the SNACK section near the cash registers. Wasn't there HAM SANDWICHES made with hamburger bread? I believe they were right next to the awesome huge Popcorn Machine and of course the ICEE machine! And, yes the NACHOS, why do Nachos keep popping up in my mind about K-mart?
