A Look At Last Night's 'Show Of Support Hunt For Heroes Banquet'

Last night the Horseshoe Arena in Midland was overflowing with people who wanted to show their appreciation to twenty wounded veterans and spouses.

It was a night that West Texans came together to honor our fighting men and women along with their spouses at the Show of Support Hunt For Heroes Banquet. Twenty wounded veterans and their wives were honored on stage with a Texas Flag, a Stetson cowboy hat for him, beautiful jewelry for her, a knife and a brand new deer rifle signifying his transition from military to civilian life.

Those gifts are just the beginning of a wonderful weekend both will take a separate journey on. He will go on a guided deer hunt and she will begin her weekend of pampering!

It was an honor to attend this year's Show of Support Banquet.
