Many of us are absolutely anticipating the 3-day Memorial Day Weekend for the cookouts, the weekend getaways, the time spent with family and for some a day off from work. And there is nothing wrong with that, however we must not forget to honor our fallen heroes this Memorial Day either. This is a good time as a family to educate the little ones as to what Memorial Day is really about.

Last night the Horseshoe Arena in Midland was overflowing with people who wanted to show their appreciation to twenty wounded veterans and spouses.

If you have never served, like me and you don't know how to share your appreciation to a veteran, just say this.
