2. Move on to your cheekbones, using the same sweeping motion outward. Start on the left side and then move to the right. Spend about a minute on each side.
3. Now, focus on your chin. Using the sides of each pointer finger, use the same sweeping motion from the bottom lip downward to the jawline. Then move from the center of your chin out towards your ears.
4. Don't forget your neck! The neck is very delicate, so use light, quick strokes up your neck towards your jawline. Finish up with circular movements with your fingertips, starting in the center of your décolletage.
