Peppermint Plantation (Midland) 9:30 a.m. start

Andrews ISD - 10 a.m. start (buses 2 hour delay)

Paragon Learning Center - 10 a.m. start
Child's Play Learning Center (Monahans) 10:30 a.m. start
University of Texas of the Permian Basin - 10 a.m. start
Midland College - 10 a.m. start
Midland ISD - Two hour delay (buses delayed 2 hours)
Ector County ISD - Two hour delay (morning pre-kindergarten canceled) (The junior highs and high schools will start with 3rd period. This will eliminate before school or 1st-period athletics and the travel associated with it. All junior high students go directly to their home campuses at the start of the day.)
Seminole ISD - 10 a.m. start (buses delayed 2 hours)
Kermit ISD - 10:30 a.m. start (buses delayed 2 and a half hours)
Hobbs Municipal School District - Three hour delay
Eunice Municipal School District - Three hour delay
Midland College (Fort Stockton Campus - Williams Regional Technical Training Center) - 10:30 a.m. start
Fort Stockton ISD - 10:30 a.m. start

Pecos-Barstow-Toyah ISD - 10 a.m. start (buses delayed 2 hours)
Monahans-Wickett-Pyote ISD - 10:30 a.m. start (buses will run at 9 a.m.)

Other Delays:

Odessa College will delay opening for all activities until 10:00 AM Central Standard Time at the main campus at 201 W. University in Odessa and the Extension Center campuses in Andrews, Monahans and Pecos Texas.

All classes and other scheduled activities will resume at their normal times after 10:00 AM.
