I don’t know how big the slice of the public is that’s both a fan of Hamilton and also a big fan of (or at least hugely excited to see) The Beguiled. For those who are both of those things, though, today is indeed a grand and glorious day. For the video above features the lovely ladies (and a couple of men) of Sofia Coppola’s The Beguiled (along with Coppola herself, in a brief cameo) lip-syncing their way through the show-stopping Hamilton song “The Schuyler Sisters.” The whole thing is pretty terrific, and pay close attention for appearances by both Nicole Kidman and Kirsten Dunst, but Colin Farrell’s “Work, work!” is the clear and obvious highlight.

It’s part of the promotion around the #Ham4All Prizeo contest Hamilton creator Lin-Manuel Miranda is currently running to raise money for the Immigrants: We Get the Job Done Coalition in support of immigration reform. The grand-prize winner gets 2 VIP tickets to the opening night of Hamilton in Los Angeles, tickets to the after-party, a meet and greet and photo with Miranda, and hotel and round-trip airfare.

Even if you don’t win the grand prize, you could still get exclusive magnets, shirts, beanies, hoodies, messenger bags, or lyrics sheets from the show. Plus you’re donating to a very good cause. And if Lin-Manuel Miranda does indeed make a Hamilton movie one of these days, all of these young women deserve auditions.
