That ‘Meteor’ on Friday Night Was Not What Everyone Thought it Was

If you saw the bright light streaking across the sky early Saturday morning and thought it was a meteor, turns out it wasn't.

According to NewsWest 9, the streaking object in the early morning sky turned out to be a Russian rocket re-entering the atmosphere.

The rocket was launched in 2019 and was expected to re-enter the earth's atmosphere on Saturday morning.
