Texas Workforce Commission Adds a New Call Center To Help Unemployment Calls

The Texas Workforce Commission will add another call center to help with the increase of unemployment claim calls.

According to NewsWest 9, this will be the third call center added to the TWC over the past couple of weeks.

The TWC expects to have 1,500 operators handling calls to keep up with the record numbers of calls coming in.
