The new location will hire a crew of more than 200 and it will have a double drive-thru. This will be the second location in the Permian Basin and the 183rd location in Texas.

“We opened a Cane’s in Midland two years ago and it has been a huge success, creating tons of ‘Caniacs’ in the area,” said area leader of Restaurants Doug Haley. “So, we couldn’t be more excited to give Caniacs in Odessa a Raising Cane’s to call their own. We’re also thrilled to continue bringing hundreds of great jobs to the area. More local Crewmembers means more hands-on-deck that are eager to proudly serve our community.”

Raising Cane's was named as one of the Top 100 "Best Employer for New Grads" with two other restaurants on Forbes' list.

It was also ranked as one of Glassdoor's "100 Best Places to Work in the U.S." in 2021.

The company is currently hiring their crew through March 28 at The Meeting Space inside TownePlace Suites by Mariott in Odessa located at 4412 Tanglewood.

Anyone interested in getting a job at the new Raising Cane's in Odessa can apply by texting "RCJOBS" to 97211 or by going to the Raising Cane's website.
