Odessa Law Firm Gives Away H-E-B Gift Cards

An Odessa law firm gives away H-E-B gift cards and causes traffic problems.

According to NewsWest 9, Silva Law Group planned to giveaway the gift cards from their office at 1100 S. Grant Street and practice social distancing by having the drivers stay in their vehicles.

What they were not expecting was to cause traffic problems.

The cars were lined up all the way down Grant Street to 8th and extended down 8th street to Ada and Crane Avenue.

The law firm said they have had giveaways in the past with big turnouts, but none were quite as big as this one and they have not caused traffic problems in the past, but with the current COVID-19 situation, the giveaway became more popular than they figured.
