Odessa Citizens Can Now Report Problems in the City Limits Online

You can now report problems in your neighborhood, provided it is inside city limits, in a new way through the city's website.

According to NewsWest 9, the new way to do this is through a new map based tool that allows Odessans to report problems from potholes to power outages in your neighborhood.

The system is called The Citizen Problem Reporter and it is a simple form where you can attach a picture as well as report the problem in your area that needs the city's attention.

The problem reporter allows you to report things anonymously or you can add your name and contact information for someone to get back with you on any specific problems.
