The New Horizons spacecraft flew by Pluto yesterday and sent back some great pictures, with more to come!

The detail we will see on Pluto will be several magnitudes better than anything we have to date. We've only known about Pluto since 1930, but this is the closest we have ever passed to the planet oops, I mean minor-planet.

You ain't seen nothing yet! Today's image was just the latest in a series of the New Horizons Pluto "picture show."...

New Horizons has “phoned home” and is in good health after its ‪#‎PlutoFlyby‬ Tuesday morning. It will take months for most of the data to be transmitted back to Earth, by then let's hope the new hasn't worn off the amazing images we are about to see.
