Midland’s Beal Dog Park Closed Temporarily Because of Flooding

If you usually walk your dog around Beal Park in Midland, you may have to wait several days before you can again.

According to NewsWest 9, The City of Midland has closed the park temporarily due to flooding from the recent rains that hit Midland.

Beal Dog Park is located in a natural flood basin which causes the park to flood during excessive rain events.

City officials say the park should be ready to open again around Friday.
