Midland City Council to Vote on the Fate of the Building of the Southwest

Midland City Council will be voting on the fate of the Building of the Southwest.

According to the Midland Reporter-Telegram, the council will vote on possible architects to demolish the Building of the Southwest on the corner of Big Spring and Illinois.

There is no definite decision on the fate of the building at this time but if the architects that are chosen can come up with an idea on how to use the old abandoned building, then those suggestions will be considered.

Otherwise the building will be demolished and used as a parking area.
