Fourth of July in West Texas happens this weekend! Where do you plan to spend the 4th? If you live in the Midland-Odessa area but want to try something different for 4th of July 2022, how about Pops in the Park or the 4th at Pioneer Park? Let me fill you in on all the details.

25th Annual Pops in the Park Big Spring, TX

Sunday, July 3rd at the Comanche Trail Park Amphitheater

Come enjoy plenty of good food with various vendors, live music and a spectacular, free fireworks show at the end of the evening.

You can also be a part of the 4th of July parade to take place on Monday July 4th beginning at 10 am. For more information click here.

4th of July Celebration at Pioneer Park Andrews, TX

Monday, July 4th beginning at 10 am with the annual turtle races (registration begins at 10 am)

From 10 am to 4 pm, come celebrate the 4th in the park (corner of NE Ave B and NE Mustang Dr.) with various food vendors, local vendors, a petting zoo, rock climbing, a mechanical bull, a bounce house and many more family activities!

There will also be free admission for everyone to the Andrews Splash Park nearby.

Fireworks will take place at the Ace Arena at dusk.
