Flood Warning: Hwy 191 Under Loop 250 Under Almost Two Feet of Water

Watch out as you are driving today as rain of over 1 inch has been reported in the Midland/Odessa area which has caused many areas to flood.

According to Newswest 9, the area under loop 250 on Hwy 191 is under more that a foot of water, so driving through is not recommended for small vehicles.

Plan for taking another route or just take the service roads around the area.
