Fallen Midland Soldier Remembered in New Mini Series on National Geographic

A fallen soldier from Midland will be featured in a new mini series that will be airing on the National Geographic Channel.

According to NewsWest 9, Army Specialist Robert Arsiaga of Midland was killed in an ambush and 8-hour battle in Sadr City, Iraq thirteen years ago and will be featured on a new mini-series.

The actor who portrays Robert is Ian Quinlan and he said that he wanted his acting to stay true to the life of a soldier.

The mini-series will continue for another eight weeks to tell the stories of soldiers who cannot tell their own story.
