Midland Memorial Hospital decided to no longer devote an entire floor to COVID-19 since cases have been decreasing.

According to NewsWest 9, with fewer cases, Midland Memorial is starting to get back to normal.

The hospital has gotten rid of the COVID floor and getting to work on construction of the Scharbauer Tower's 9th floor.

They will be allowing more visitors for patients, PPE is in good supply so they will go to single shift use, and volunteers under age 65 who feel comfortable returning to the hospital will be allowed to volunteer again.

In short, things are returning to normal at Midland Memorial Hospital.
