Coast Guard Saves Helpless Dog That Fell Into Icy Water

The Coast Guard saves the day!

Earlier this week, a dog fell into a body of water between Betsie Lake and Lake Michigan, in Frankfort, Michigan right near the local Coast Guard station. Someone spotted the Labrador and a team was dispatched into the water to rescue the pup.

Eventually, the crew got the dog back onto land after what is believed to be 24 minutes in the frigid water.
