City of Odessa offices will be opening to the public on Wednesday.

According to NewsWest 9, Monday and Tuesday of this week will be spent sanitizing the personal and public areas of the office.

Social distancing practices will be required for anyone coming into the office beginning Wednesday.

The city will also be asking citizens to wear a mask when coming to the office and city employees will also be wearing a paper or cloth mask for safety purposes.

The city is also asking citizens to be patient when the office reopens since lines and wait times are expected to be longer than usual.

City of Odessa asks anyone who doesn't need to come to the office to continue to use the online services provided.
