Big Bend Ranch State Park to Remain Closed For Now

Gov. Abbott has allowed state parks in Texas reopen, but Big Bend Ranch will not be one of them.

According to NewsWest 9, Big Bend Ranch State Park has not announced an opening date as of Wednesday, May 13, 2020.

The reason for the closure could include things like ongoing construction projects, limited staffing, or weather conditions which is the reason some state parks are not reopening at this time.
