Midland ISD Will Have In-Person Graduation

MISD announced that they will be having in-person graduation for this year's seniors.

According to NewsWest 9, the graduation event will be spread out over several locations and happen on May 30, 2020.

they will allow the graduates up to three friends or family members to attend and it will be streamed online for those family and friends who cannot attend.

MISD staff will be kept to a minimum and traditional graduation practices such as rehearsals and hand shakes will not be allowed.

Locations holding graduation ceremonies will be:

• Crestview Baptist Church
• Stonegate Fellowship
• True-Lite Christian Fellowship
• First Baptist Church
• Mid-Cities Community Church

Students who do not want to graduate in a church will be given a request form.
