Kidnapped Child Found Safe in Odessa, Father Arrested

The man wanted in the kidnapping of his son from the Odessa CPS office has been arrested.

According to our media partners NewsWest 9, 23 year old Joshua Quijano was pulled over on 8th Street close to the Highway 80 intersection Wednesday evening.

Inside his car was his 2 year old son Devon who had been kidnapped from the Odessa CPS Office earlier in the day.

The child was safe and Quijano was arrested.
