Khloe Kardashian may soon have to kough up $150,000 for posting an image of...herself?

According to PeopleXposure Photos (UK) Ltd. has brought a copyright infringement lawsuit against Kardashian for posting a photo the group snapped of her seven months ago without its permission. The photo was taken in September 2016 and features Khloe and an unnamed sister going to dinner at David Grutman’s Miami restaurant, Komodo.

The group adds that Kardashian copied the photo and removed its copyright management information, which cited Xposure as the rightful owner of the pic.

Xposure alleges in an additional document: "Kardashian’s Instagram post made the photograph immediately available to her nearly 67 million followers and others, consumers of entertainment news — and especially news and images of Kardashian herself, as evidenced by their status as followers of Kardashian — who would otherwise be interested in viewing licensed versions of the photograph in the magazines and newspapers that are plaintiff’s customers."

Kardashian has yet to respond to the allegations.
