Whataburger in Odessa Now Open After Rebuild

The Whataburger on Andrews Hwy in Odessa is now open.

According to CBS 7, the wait is over. After the old Whataburger on Andrews Hwy in Odessa was torn down back in July to make way for a bigger, better location, it is now open for business.

The press release from Whataburger states the new restaurant will include "double drive-thru lanes, a bigger, modern kitchen, and larger lobby and dining area."

The location will also have a tribute wall in honor of that location being the first iconic "A-Frame" restaurant that was built for the chain back in 1961.

Whataburger will also have a Customer Appreciation Event at the newly built restaurant on November 22, 2019 from 5-7 pm.
