West Texas Food Bank is Going to Make Frequent Trips to South Texas to Help Victims of Harvey
The West Texas Food Bank is loading up trucks to head to South Texas to help those in need in the path of Hurricane Harvey.
According to NewsWest 9, the six food banks in South Texas are out of operation at this time so the West Texas Food Bank is helping out.
The "Big Orange Truck" pictured above will be heading to the Corpus Christi and Victoria areas to help provide food for those that have been displaced from their homes and are in need of food.
The trucks will continue to make trips to the Coastal Bend of Texas as long as there is a need.
If you would like to donate non-perishable food items you can drop them off at the West Texas Food Bank in Midland at 1601 Westcliff Ave. and in Odessa at 411 S. Pagewood.
