The Wagner Noel Performing Arts Center has been closed for over 3 months, but with Gov. Abbott's newest announcement on reopening Texas the show might be going on soon.

According to NewsWest 9, the governor announced that he would allow 900 seats in the venue, so now the Wagner Noel PAC is deciding how they will reopen.

"We will be looking very closely at the types of artists and the shows that we can bring in," said Stephanie Rivas, General Manager.

They will ensure the safety of the audience by making sure all common areas are wiped down properly and limiting the amount of contact in the venue.

So keep tuned to Mix 97.9 to find out when the shows will be starting back up and we can start giving tickets away again.
