Longtime fans of Gigi Gorgeous, who first catapulted to Internet stardom as a beauty guru and vlogger within the YouTube community, are already fully aware of her very public transition as a young transgender woman.

But with the debut of upcoming documentary This Is Everything: Gigi Gorgeous, directed by two-time Academy Award winner Barbara Kopple, both hardcore fans and the previously uninitiated alike will get an even closer glimpse into Gigi's story. (And yes, it looks like it's going to be emotional — and gorgeous.)

The film, which premieres on February 8 as a YouTube Red original movie (and select theaters on February 3), traces Gigi's life: from growing up as Gregory Lazzarato, to beauty vlogger Gregory Gorgeous, to becoming Gigi, the blonde bombshell she is today.

The film will also tackle her family's reaction, the death of Gigi's mother, as well as an overseas scare last year, during which Gigi was detained at a Dubai airport for being transgender, which she referred to as "one of the scariest moments" of her life.

"Having Gigi happy is way more important than me having old Greg," her father explains in the trailer, fighting back tears.
