It's a bit hard to tell exactly what's going on in this clip. (It's a Vine, after all, so we only get six seconds of context.) But it sure is loud. That may not actually be Satan himself possessing this pooch—maybe the dog is just like, "Hey maybe you could stop yelling at me, huh? No, seriously stop yelling. Stop yelling at me! NO, YOU STOP!" It's a vicious cycle.
