If you’re in the market for a mansion in the borderland and you LOVE Egyptian-themed decor, stripper poles and bright colored walls then have I got the house for you!!

A west El Paso mansion was recently listed for sale online and the viral Facebook page, Zillow Gone Wild, got a hold of the listing and shared the very interesting pictures of this $2.5 million mansion and the internet is going crazy!

Zillow Gone Wild is a Facebook page that showcases some of the most outrageous homes for sale. Whether good or bad, Zillow Gone Wild showcases “The best of Zillow lol” according to their page.

Tell Me More About This Mansion:

The mansion in question has only been listed on Zillow’s official website for a day and it’s already gotten over 62,000 views.

According to the Zillow listing, this “breathtaking” mansion is located in the Willow Bend Subdivision which is located in far west El Paso.

The 13,293 sq ft mansion was built back in 2013 and according to the website it is a single-family residence which makes me scratch my head because the house is described as having 10 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, 4 attached garage spaces and so much more features that definitely does not scream, “single-family residence.”

The Zillow listing included some pictures for curious minds and honestly, the pictures didn’t really do any good for this new home listing.

What Does a $2.5 Million Mansion Look Like?

When you first see the exterior pictures of mansion you think, wow. That’s a nice-looking house! The exterior pictures show a beautiful beige-colored home with multiple windows and what seems to be a rooftop balcony.

Then Zillow pictures take you inside the home and that’s when things get interesting.

Walking into the home you’ll be greeted by Egyptian decor that includes statues and wall paintings.

Then there’s an interesting feature for basketball lovers. When you walk into the home you’ll also be greeted by a random basketball court… I mean, just in case you needed to shoot some hoops before you head out the door.

The Zillow online listing provides multiple photos of the 10 bedrooms in the home which features bright color-painted walls, mattresses on the floor, portable fans, interesting room decor and one room even features a stripper pole because, why not?

But it was the half-finished restrooms with no shower curtains that had me scratching my head the most and after looking through all of the photos I couldn’t help but wonder, “Did they run out of money halfway into the making of this mansion?” And I wasn’t alone in thinking this.

Facebook users went to the comment section to share their thoughts on this $2.5 million mansion and they did not disappoint:

The interior design had Chelsie shaking her head:

"So much money, so little taste. Why don’t these people hire interior designers??"

Gary was as confused about the basketball court as I was:

"I wonder how many times the interior designer asked "ARE YOU SURE ABOUT THIS" for a marble basketball half-court."

Jeff pretty much summed up all my thoughts with his comment:

"This is the "I hit the lottery" house when they buy a big house, move all their existing furniture in from their 1400 square foot home, and then realize they can't afford to live there."

While many questioned if social media influencers or gamers lived in this home previously, Senhan went ahead and used his Googling skills to get to the bottom of who the previous owners were and according to his search this mansion was previously owned by a production company:

“And also available for boudoir shots and.... Parties. This explains a lot. Like why are all the mf showers open. You'd think they'd still have better lighting tho.”

While most of the comments were hating on this million-dollar mansion, some people suggested the mansion be used for good in our community:

"If I could, I would buy it and turn it into a refuge for people seeking asylum at the Texas/Mexico border."

And some commenters also suggested using the mansion as a home for shelter pets.

Pretty solid ideas if you ask me, but honestly I’m curious to know who the previous owners of this home were to ask them, what went wrong?!
