If you've been curious about the intensity of my P90x3 workouts. Here's a quick look at just one of the warm-ups.

I don't want to steal Tony Horton's thunder, nor do I really want you to see just how clumsy I am in week three, so the whole workout is not included above. What you will see is a sped up version of the quick warm-up before The Warrior workout. It's just a short taste of stretching and quick cardio to get revved up.

The workouts are fast and intense, but he's really good about sharing modifications - and they really do get easier each time I do them. My favorite one so far is the Yoga work out. We do a few sun salutations, and lots of chair poses - yikes! - but it's good, and I'm feeling stronger!
