Parisians and Texans don't often have a lot in common, but both Texas and Paris, France are flooding at the same time. Both Locations are as incredibly different as they are distinctive, and they are both underwater.

Paris is flooding. Rising waters are causing the Seine to creep across sidewalks and into businesses. Both the Louvre and Musse d'Orsay are closed, so precious artworks can be moved to safety.

Though they are a world away from one another, Parisians and Texans are both fighting rising flood waters. In France, they've closed museums to reserve artworks, and in Texas we're saving armadillos, and taking tractors to get to Whataburger.
