Imagine a day filled with stories and laughter as a Texas literary legend comes to town. There's something special in the air at the library this February.

In my opinion, books that are overtly sexual in nature don't have a place in elementary schools--or even perhaps in middle schools, for that matter. But here's part of the controversy: different people have different ideas about what 'overtly sexual' means.

Yes, you read that right. I want to read more in 2017. For the past few years, I've been a heavy listener of audiobooks. I love them, but in 2017 I not only want to listen more - I want to read more.
