Mary Thompson, MISD Director of PE, Health, and Wellness came by the studios to talk about Midland ISD's first-ever MISD Wellness Vitality Day 5K on Saturday, November 22, at Central Office, 615 W. Missouri Ave. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m., and the race through historic Midland begins at 9:30 a.m.
