TABC Allows Bars to Partner With Food Trucks to Reopen
TABC created an emergency rule to help bars reopen.
According to CBS 7, the rule states that bars can reopen if they partner with a food truck or caterer to sell food along with the drinks.
The only problem is serving food along with alcohol requires another license that runs about $800, and if bars are caught making more than 60% of profit off alcohol, they could be shut down again.
No word on how long this emergency rule by the TABC is going to be in effect.
