Shell To Occupy Part of the Old Oxy Building

The Shell logo was just installed yesterday (November 4, 2020) on the old Oxy building on Deauville Blvd in Midland.

According to NewsWest 9, Shell Exploration and Production Company will occupy about 50,000 square feet of the building so it can relocate its employees on Rankin Hwy.

The company states that the new modern building better suits their needs.

Oxy vacated the building earlier this year when they merged with Anadarko and moved into the new building Anadarko was building before the merge.
