If you're a woman who dreams of getting signed to a major rap record label like Kanye West's G.O.O.D. Music or Jay Z's Roc Nation, you might want to narrow your list just slightly. During his appearance on The Breakfast Club this morning to promote his VH1 show Signed, Rick Ross explained that he would never sign a woman to his record label because he couldn't resist the temptation to sleep with them a few times, first. Signed's entire purpose is to give contestants a shot at getting signed to either Ross' label Maybach Music Group, Roc Nation or The-Dream's Radio Killa Records.

Unfortunately (or probably not) for female rappers, Ross won't be signing any women to MMG. When asked by Breakfast Club host Angela Yee after a series of tiring and uncomfortable passes at her why Ross had yet to sign a woman, he answered candidly.

"I never did it because I always thought that like I would end up f-cking the female rapper — f-cking the business up. I’m so focused on my business. I gotta be honest with you. You know, she looking good and I’m spending so much money on the photoshoot. I gotta f-ck a couple times."

Of course, Ross qualified the statement when Yee probed further, asking if Ross would change his mind if he had mentored the woman from a young age. Graciously, he said he would "consider" the prospect.

Since its inception in 2009, Ross has only ever signed one woman. Teedra Moses left MMG after she was forced to wait to release her sophomore album for 11 years. It is reassuring to know that men like Ross, R. Kelly and President Donald Trump can be so scathingly toxic towards women and still enjoy thriving careers. After all, what good is being a man if you can't exploit your power and f-ck a hot woman every once in a while?
