Permian Basin Roads Could Be Getting Improvements Soon
Our infrastructure is outdated and being beaten by the oilfield traffic that is on our roads, but help is coming soon.
According to the Odessa American, the projected $600 million allocation for the area should be coming in later this month.
The money will be split between 2020 and 2021 for $300 million each year and will help the road problems but will not solve them.
The first project slated for the money will be improving I-20 in Ector and Midland counties to add capacity to the interstate.
