Paul Walker Laid to Rest in Private Funeral

'Fast And the Furious' star Paul Walker was laid to rest today (Dec. 14) in a private, invitation-only funeral.

The handsome actor died Nov. 30 after traumatic injuries and burns from a single-car collision with a tree in a Porsche Carrera GT. He was 40 years old.

A spy told Us Weekly, "A few people got up and gave tributes to Paul. It was hard for many people to talk, they were in tears and couldn't finish what they were saying."

It was truly a heartbreaking sight to behold, as not only a celebrity, but also a father, a son, a brother and a friend all were taken too soon.

The witness continued, "It was a really sad day for so many people, and you could tell they just weren't ready to say goodbye. His parents were there, along with his brothers and some other family members. Everyone was hugging each other tight and didn't want to let go."

Our thoughts remain with Walker's family, especially his parents and daughter, Meadow, as well as his friends, fans, and loved ones during this tragic time. May he rest in peace.
