Part of Sam Houston Street in Downtown Odessa to Be Closed Off

City of Odessa is going to make some changes to some through streets in downtown Odessa.

According to NewsWest 9, the part of the street that will be closing will be between 7th and 8th streets.

The street will be closing to become a shared parking lot for First Baptist Church and City Hall.
