Oncor Soon to Become Eletricity Provider For Sharyland Customers

Oncor and Sharyland Utilities have announced a swap in services for many Permian Basin residents.

According to NewsWest 9, Oncor will take over 56,000 Sharyland customers, in a swap approved by the Public Utilities Commission of Texas, beginning December 11, 2017.

Former Sharyland customers can expect at least a $54 decrease in their electric bills.

The swap should be complete by the first week in January 2018.
