Check out the 'STAR WARS' themed paint job on this airline's jet!

Earlier this year Japan’s All Nippon Airways announced plans for official Star Wars-branded airplanes, and over the weekend, those new aircrafts were unveiled with the help of a couple of very familiar droids. The unveiling even had guest appearances by R2-D2 and C-3PO.

The unveiling happened in Everett, Washington with a full fleet of sharply-dressed technicians present to reveal the Boeing 787 Dreamliner from Japan’s All Nippon Airways. The plane is painted to resemble R2-D2, everyone’s favorite adorable droid (until BB-8 arrives, sorry, R2), and is just one of three new airplanes from the corporation. There’s also one that’s more generally Star Wars-branded with R2-D2 painted on the side, and one that’s done up in the style of BB-8.

As you can see in the video above, R2-D2 and C-3PO were more than mere bystanders — they actually had a conversation about the new aircraft as it rolled out onto the field, with R2 offering his signature beeps and bloops and his taller robot companion responding accordingly.

I'd personally love to see one with the X-Wing or Imperial fighter paint job!
