Odessa Rotary Club Will Provide Free Meals on First Anniversary of Mass Shooting

Odessa Rotary will be commemorating the first anniversary of the August 31 mass shooting by providing free meals to first responders.

According to NewsWest 9, from 11am-1:30pm Odessa Rotary Club will be the free to-go lunch for uniformed first responders.

First responders are invited to come to the Central Fire Station on 2nd Street in Odessa to receive the free lunch.
