Odessa Girl Raises Over $7000 Selling Hot Cocoa For OPD K-9’s

An Odessa girl raises money selling cocoa to get bullet proof vests for Odessa PD's K-9 unit.

According to NewsWest 9, the girl set out with a goal of $5000 but ended up getting over $7000 in donations to benefit the OPD K-9 squad to get them equipped with bullet proof vests.

She gave the check to OPD during the City Council meeting on Tuesday Night.
