Next Phase of Loop 250 To Be Discussed at TxDOT Meeting

A public meeting is planned to discuss the next phase of the completion of Loop 250.

According to NewsWest 9, the meeting will be Tuesday, June 11, 2019 at the Sibley Nature Center at 1307 E. Wadley Ave. in Midland.

The meeting will be to discuss the proposed construction of main lanes on Loop 250 and overpasses at the intersections of County Roads 1140 and 1135.

There will be maps of the project area and other displays with a chance for the public to ask questions to TxDOT officials.

The meeting will begin at 5pm with the Q&A session to begin at approximately 6pm.

Written comments from the public on the project are encouraged either at the meeting or within 15 days after the meeting and must be postmarked by June 26, 2019.
