New Pie Shop Opens in North Midland

If you have a sweet tooth like me, the newest restaurant to open in north Midland will be music to your ears.

According to the Midland Reporter-Telegram, Buttermilk Sky Pie Shop is now open in the Cornerstone Shopping Center on Midland Drive and Loop 250 in Midland.

The Midland location will begin with three pie flavors: Buttermilk, Pecan, and their signature I-40 pie made with chocolate chips, coconut, and pecan pie filling.

Pies will be sold in a 4" size for $4.25 and a 9" size for $26 and the selection of pies will increase as new people are hired and trained.

Buttermilk Sky Pie Shop will be open from 9 a.m. till 6 p.m. Monday-Saturday.
