Midland Rent Drops Almost 12% in March

Midland rent continues to decline with lower oil prices and the COVID-19 pandemic.

According to the Midland Reporter-Telegram, the average rent in Midland declined 11.7% in March 2020 in comparison to rent one year ago.

Midland and Odessa have seen decreases in rent in the past few months and we are the only area in the nation to have double digit drops over the past two months.

Odessa rent dropped 10.4% in March compared to a year ago.
