Midlanders around Goddard Jr. High are no strangers to vandalism, but they have never been vandalized by graffiti, till now.

According to NewsWest 9, residents in the 2800 blocks of Metz and Haynes woke up yesterday morning to graffiti painted not only on their houses and structures but also to their vehicles that were left out.

Police officers were the first ones to notify residents in the neighborhood about the graffiti. Residents spent most of Monday cleaning up the graffiti on their vehicles.

If you know anything about the vandalism, you are asked to leave an anonymous tip with Midland Crimestoppers at 432-694-TIPS, or contact the Midland Police Department.
