Midland Christian Students on Spring Break In Europe Amid New Travel Ban

Spring Break became a lot more stressful for a group of students from Midland Christian after President Trump called for a travel ban of Europe.

According to NewsWest 9, the group was currently taking tours in the city of Madrid, Spain when the news broke.

The President's address came in the middle of the night in Spain so many were awoke to phone calls and text messages about the travel ban.

The Department of Homeland Security clarified that American citizens would be exempt from the ban and the Midland Christian group would just be required to undergo a screening process once they got back on American soil.

Plans are being put in place now to get the Midland Christian students home in a timely matter.
